I had been thinking for quite a while it was time to get new carpet and freshen the home with a new coat of paint.

I spent many hours in different carpet and paint show rooms and all I managed to do was confuse myself and get frustrated. I knew what I was looking for, but just couldnt find it!

We spent a number of hours going through what was needed and Karen came up with a vision of what could be achieved. There was with a plan for each room and she got to work.

She helped choose appropriate paint colours and was able to accommodate our wishes with furnishing when it came to keeping favourite sentimental furniture pieces. She acted as the project manager, co-ordinating all the various trades people, painters, electricians and carpet layers.

She demanded high standards of everyone involved and was efficient and worked tirelessly to achieve the desired outcome with great attention to detail.

She was able to accommodate my fussiness with soft furnishings, putting many, many options before me to choose from. Ultimately, she sourced fabric for various cushions from England. And the effect? The home looks spectacular whilst fully reflecting my personal taste. I couldn't be happier!
